TRAINER ASSOCIATES

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Education / Communication.
• At least 3 years ESL experience is highly preferred
• TESOL/TOEIC/IELTS certification is an advantage but not required
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig
• Amenable in shifting schedule and weekends work

Responsibilities:
• Teacher training
• Module Development
• Administrative support related to training

There is higher chance of passing if they have the following:
• Experience working with kids or children with special needs.
• Language/Teaching certifications (TESOL, LET, IELTS, CELTA)
• Knowledge with e-Learning (i.e. Moodle)
• Experience in training module development
