Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate with an engineering major or strong coding background to work as an Automation Specialist Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and skills to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and support our legal operations. Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge AI skills that are highly valuable in today's job market.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline legal processes
- Use Zapier to automate routine tasks
- Integrate various software and tools to improve data management and accessibility
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automated systems
- Collaborate with the legal team to identify opportunities for automation
- Provide technical support and training to staff on new automated systems
- Assist in developing AI projects using LangChain and n8n
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar software
- Basic coding experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Familiarity with APIs, software integrations, and JSON
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Detail-oriented and reliable


Qualifications:

- Major in Engineering or a strong background in coding
- Previous experience in a technical or administrative role
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software

We will provide comprehensive training on AI technologies and applications, equipping you with one of the most in-demand skill sets in today's job market. AI will be a substantial part of your role, and you'll gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge AI tools and technologies.
