php programmer needed

We are looking for a programmer that can program a quiz. We have a designer that do all the designs but we'll just require you to assist with the logic of the "quiz".

It's not really a quiz but more details will be provided.

The end user can choose their answers, and based on their responses, there'll be responses.

The system would need to capture their emails and integrate with our autoresponder sequence.

It must also able to capture all the different responses the visitor made. We also want to know at which point the visitor usually drops out.
