About Us:
Our customers are in all parts of the world, from individuals to large multinational companies. We have big plans and are working to deliver our online training in 8-10 different languages to better serve our customers. We believe in being a force for good and that means:

- serving our niche to the best of our ability and reaching those less fortunate than us. To that purpose, we have launched the Reliability Academy Scholarship Program enabling students in developing nations to access our training with a 75% Scholarship
aligning our company mission and vision to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

The company is growing with a small team of full-time and part-time contractors working across the Asia-Pacific region, currently all reporting to the Operations Manager, also based in the Philippines whilst our Managing Director is based in Brisbane, Australia. We deliberately hire talent in different regions of the world to keep costs down, create diversity, and build a multi-lingual team.

Role Purpose:
The Content Writer & SEO Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing non-technical content for our online platforms. This role involves writing web content, promotional emails, and marketing assets, as well as overseeing our in-house Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) efforts. Additionally, the role will coordinate our written and video content creation as part of our They Ask, You Answer (TAYA) efforts.

Responsibilities:
As Content Writer & SEO Coordinator your initial responsibilities will consist of:
Content Creation:
- Write clear, compelling, and engaging non-technical content for web pages, promotional emails, blog posts, and other marketing materials. This includes writing all content for our They Ask, You Answer (TAYA) strategy.
- Develop content that is aligned with the company’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that drives traffic and conversions.
SEO Management:
- Manage and execute our in-house SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts.
- Regularly update website content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, and inbound marketing methodologies to continuously improve content performance.

TAYA Content Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee the creation of video content as part of our They Ask, You Answer (TAYA) inbound marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with video creators to ensure content aligns with TAYA principles and meets the needs of our audience.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely production and publication of TAYA-related content.

What Success Looks Like:
Succeeding in this role will mean driving significant growth in organic traffic, improving conversion rates from content ultimately leading to substantial increase in revenue. The success of this role will be measured by the following metrics:
- Organic Traffic Growth
- Website Conversion Rate
- SEO Keywork Ranking

About You:
Knowledge and skills are important, but we will primarily hire based on attitude and behaviour, which means:
- You are honest, reliable, and have a great attitude to work. You do what you say and say what you do.
- You are highly organized, pay attention to detail, get things right the first time most of the time, but are not afraid to make a mistake and take responsibility.
- You take initiative, can work with relatively little supervision and can manage a large diverse workload with competing priorities. You speak up when you don’t know something or don’t understand, but are proactive enough to then go and find out and learn.
- You can work well on your own, but enjoy being part of a (virtual) team. You have no problem receiving feedback from others and acting on it.
- You are keen to take on extra responsibilities where you can (after all you are a talented individual!) but at the same time you are happy to do simple, more administrative work where required.
- Ultimately you are the kind of individual who can make things happen and is excited by being part of a bigger vision.

Your Skills:
Your knowledge, skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a content writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of non-technical writing.
- Strong research skills and the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience managing SEO strategies.
- Ability to analyse SEO performance using tools like Semrush, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and your written English is clear, concise, and accurate.
- Familiarity with the They Ask, You Answer (TAYA) methodology would be a plus, as would experience with Hubspot.
- Experience coordinating video content production is a plus.

What’s on Offer:
This will start as part-time (50%) virtual role, allowing you to work from home anywhere in the world. There may be an opportunity for this to become a full-time role.

As a part-time role, base pay will be between USD 400 to USD 600 per month depending on experience, with a 13th-month pay in December, up to 3 months cash bonus subject to company performance, 10 days leave, and an annual allowance of USD 500 towards Private Health Insurance. There is a 3-month probation period after which the benefits become available. If the role becomes full-time base pay will be between USD 800 to USD 1200 per month, health insurance allowance increases to USD 1000 per year and paid leave increases to 20 days per year.
