Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Web and Graphic Designer to join our team in a new and exciting role. The primary focus of this position is to create a visually stunning and engaging online presence that highlights our product range in a way that resonates with our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will handle designing and developing a website and graphics that effectively communicate our offerings, making it easy for customers to navigate and engage with our products. Proficiency in WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite is crucial for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all devices.
2. Create visually appealing graphics for both digital and print materials, including catalogs, marketing collateral, and social media assets.
3. Create and enforce a comprehensive brand style manual to guarantee consistency and high-quality visual identity across all brand assets.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
5. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and deliver innovative solutions.
6. Edit video and create MP4 content for the website (iMovie or equivalent).

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in WordPress, with a strong understanding of website design, development, and maintenance.
2. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other essential design tools.
3. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in both web and graphic design, highlighting versatility and depth of experience.
4. Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design ideas and work seamlessly with others.
5. Strong time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring prompt delivery of high-quality results.
6. Knowledge and strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques to optimize website visibility and drive better performance.
7. Comfort with embedding MP4 video into the website using HTML code.

Bonus Points:
***Knowledge of the building industry, specifically interior moldings, and trim.***
***Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360 design software.***
