We are a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in innovative digital marketing strategies. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Ad Account Manager to join our team. This is a senior role requiring proven expertise in Meta ads, Google Ads, and comprehensive digital marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:
- Campaign Setup: Develop, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate reports to ensure the achievement of KPIs.
- Reporting: Use reference sheets for accurate and detailed reporting metrics.
- Prepare and present marketing reports to stakeholders.
- Ad Creatives: Prepare and edit ad creatives using Canva, ensuring high-quality and engaging visual content.
- Audience Creation: Create and save audience segments.
- Budget Management: Monitor advertising budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and marketing.


Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: at least 4 years of proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using advertising platforms, reporting tools, and Canva for creative development.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling ad creatives that engage and convert.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and campaign setup.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take initiative when needed.


Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with other social media platforms and ad management tools.
? Knowledge of e-commerce
? Certification in Meta (Facebook Blueprint) and Google Ads.
