Job Description:
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and guest relations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing bookings, responding to guest inquiries, updating listings, and ensuring that all aspects of our business operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks including managing
Communicate effectively with guests to answer their queries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain and organize digital records using Google Documents and other relevant software.
Assist in preparing detailed reports related to guest feedback and occupancy rates.
Collaborate with tea
Ensure availability for regular Zoom calls and work closely with the Managing Director to discuss and implement business strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
Strong familiarity with the Airbnb platform and understanding of the vacation rental market.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and interact professionally with guests and tea
High level of punctuality, reliability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
