Marketing Assistant

Job Description:
We are a growing construction company looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires a professional with experience in SEO, client follow-up, and cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing our online presence, reaching out to past clients for follow-up, and cold calling potential leads using our sales platform, Sales Rabbit.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Work:
Conduct keyword research and analysis.
Update website content and metadata.
Optimize existing blog posts and create new content.
Perform link-building outreach and guest post submissions.
Monitor website traffic and performance metrics.
Report on SEO performance and competitor analysis.

Client Follow-Up:
Search for clients' homes online to gather approximate measurements.
Prepare rough estimates for gutter and painting services using PandaDoc.
Send estimates to clients via email and text.
Follow up with clients through calls to discuss estimates and answer questions.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update the CRM.

Cold Calling:
Use Sales Rabbit to cold call leads in areas where canvassing is being conducted.
Introduce our services to potential clients and generate interest.
Log call results and update the CRM accordingly.
Prepare and submit a summary report of cold calling activities.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO practices and tools.
Experience in customer service or sales, with excellent communication skills.
Must have a great speaking voice with minimal accent.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software, PandaDoc, and Sales Rabbit (or similar platforms).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
