Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled iOS Developer with experience in AI/NLP to build Summ'd, an app designed to quickly summarize web content directly within Safari. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in iOS development, Safari extensions, and integrating AI-powered text summarization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on innovative projects and can deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop an iOS app extension that integrates with Safari to provide summarization functionality.
- Implement long press/3D Touch interactions to trigger the Summ'd feature within Safari.
- Utilize AI/NLP techniques to accurately summarize web content from URLs. ( or just use GPT 4o API call)
- Build a backend system for saving and categorizing summaries, ensuring secure data storage.
- Develop a bookmarking and notes feature allowing users to save, categorize, and query summaries.
- Collaborate on the app's UI/UX design to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience.
- Ensure the app complies with data protection and privacy standards.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain the app post-launch.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in **Swift** and **iOS SDK** for app and extension development.
- Experience with **Safari Extensions** and integrating them with native iOS apps.
- Strong understanding of **AI/NLP** tools and techniques for text summarization (e.g., using Python-based libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, or machine learning models).
- Familiarity with **backend development** using cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) for scalable storage and processing.
- Experience with **APIs** and data security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio or examples of previous work on iOS apps, preferably with AI or NLP features.
