Position Overview:
We are seeking a smart, adaptable, and detail-oriented HR and Operations Generalist to support our growing teletherapy practice. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team to help implement strategic initiatives, optimize therapist practices, and manage key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Interviewing & Recruitment: Conduct first-level interviews with potential therapists, assess their qualifications, and recommend candidates for further evaluation.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new therapists, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
Insurance Paneling: Manage the process of paneling therapists with insurance companies, ensuring compliance with all requirements and timely submissions.
Operations & Metrics: Review and analyze key metrics and dashboards related to therapist performance and practice efficiency. Provide actionable insights to optimize operations.
Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with the management team to execute strategic plans, drive continuous improvement, and support overall business growth.
General HR Support: Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR, operations, or a related field, preferably within a healthcare or telehealth environment.
Skills: Strong interviewing and assessment abilities, excellent organizational and project management skills, and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability and initiative are key.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tea ---------- mbers, therapists, and external partners.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using HR software, project management tools, and data analytics platforms.
