Researcher

We are a college counseling company. We help high school students build up their profiles in order to have a standout college application when they apply to college.

This position will be responsible for researching to help put together a plan for the high school students in what they should be participating in and projects they can create.

What you will do
• Watch the recording of our consultation with parents/students
• Take notes from the call (ex: what major the student wants to pursue, what extracurricular activities have they done already, what is their coding skillset, what are their unique interests, etc...)
• We have an approach that will help you understand how to do the research and gather the information (ex: identifying the hackathons that are close to the student, research opportunities, coming up with passion project ideas based on their major of choice and skillset)

It is a plus if you have skills with (but not a must)
• putting presentations together
• using Figma

We're looking for someone to work with long term for all research.
