Job Title: Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist with a robust background in real estate, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in cold calling and CRM management, and expertise in video editing. If you have a passion for real estate, excel at overcoming objections, and have a proven track record in lead generation and creative content creation, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

Strong English Accent: Must have a strong English accent and be adept at handling client objections with effective rebuttals.
Cold Calling Expertise: Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals over the phone.
CRM Proficiency: Advanced skills in PropStream CRM and Go High Level CRM are essential for managing leads, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Real Estate Experience: In-depth knowledge of real estate industry practices, terminology, and processes, with prior experience in property acquisition or real estate sales.
Document Management: Experience using DocuSign or similar platforms for electronic signatures and document workflow management.
Email Marketing and Sales Funnels: Proficiency in email campaigns, content creation, and sales funnel management, with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
Creative Skills: Competence in video editing and Canva for creating marketing materials.
Wholesaling Knowledge: Thorough understanding of real estate wholesaling, including processes, strategies, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential sellers, using your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to gather information, identify opportunities, and schedule appointments.
CRM Management: Utilize PropStream and Go High Level CRM to manage leads, record call interactions, and maintain comprehensive records.
Document Management: Handle electronic signatures and ensure efficient document processing through platforms like DocuSign.
Email Campaigns & Sales Funnels: Develop and execute email marketing strategies, create engaging content, and manage sales funnels to nurture potential sellers.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify and nurture leads using various strategies, building relationships with potential sellers.
Video Editing & Canva: Edit videos and create visual content using Canva for marketing purposes.
Comps Analysis & Due Diligence: Perform comparable market analyses and verify properties for outstanding obligations such as taxes, liens, and utility bills.
Self-Management: Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing your workload and time.

Position Details:

Part-Time: Initial commitment of at least 25 hours per week, with the potential to transition to a full-time role (40 hours/week) after two months, contingent on performance.
Compensation: Salary will double after securing two successful deals during the initial period.
Availability: Flexibility in scheduling is preferred.
