JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small and growing international coaching services company that is expanding. We have been in business for 15 years and now are looking to expand our team with a full-time, in-house copywriter.

The copywriter will help write copy to promote our company's coaching and speaking services across digital channels, especially LinkedIn, YouTube, as well as email marketing, newsletter and website, to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads. This role, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and possess strong written communication skills.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write compelling and consistent content for all relevant physical and digital materials for print, web, and social media platforms
- Produce well-written content that is SEO friendly and optimized for conversion
- Create compelling landing pages, newsletter and email marketing campaigns
- Frequently review online content and assess for relevancy and effectiveness in marketing relevant services offered
- Follow and create key messages and brand voice for external communications
- Collaborate with Social Media Marketing Manager to ensure consistent line of communication, marketing and branding from content-producing perspective

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-8 years of experience as a copywriter or a similar role
- Experience in creating content with success in identifiable KPIs
- Expertise in content strategy and best practices for LinkedIn and YouTube social media platforms
- Talented in writing sales conversion copy would be a strong advantage
- Ability to perform the role of Social Media Marketing Manager would be a strong advantage, including managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying marketing trends
- Preferred candidate would have prior copywriting and content creation experience working at marketing and advertising agencies, large consumer brands, and/or social media companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for crafting engaging content
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in related fields, including Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Advertising, Writing, Creative Writing, Communication, Education, Business
