We are now seeking a motivated Appointment Setter / Account Executive to join our team and help expand our business by engaging with key partners such as Restoration Companies, Roofers, and Public Adjusters.

Job Description:
The Appointment Setter / Account Executive will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for Louis Law Group. This individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential referral partners who can drive business to the firm. By setting up appointments with qualified prospects, whether in person or via Zoom, the Appointment Setter will help establish and nurture referral relationships that are essential to the growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage Potential Partners: Identify and connect with Restoration Companies, Roofers, and Public Adjusters who can serve as valuable referral partners for Louis Law Group.
Lead Generation: Research and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media, targeting professionals and businesses that align with the firm's services.
Qualify Prospects: Assess the needs and potential of prospects to ensure they are a good fit for a referral partnership with Louis Law Group.
Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule in-person or Zoo ---------- etings between qualified prospects and the firm’s leadership team to discuss referral opportunities.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications with potential referral partners, ensuring follow-ups and relationship management are handled effectively.
Familiarization: Understand the full range of services offered by Louis Law Group to effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition to potential partners.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct research and generate leads independently.
Experience with cold calling and engaging potential clients or partners through various channels.
Organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with the property insurance or legal industry is a plus.
