Position Overview:
DB Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced, English-speaking Marketing Operations Coordinator to lead our marketing team in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of marketing leadership, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and a passion for driving results.
Responsibilities:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- On-Page SEO: Optimization of content and HTML tags (titles, meta descriptions, headings, etc.).
- Off-Page SEO: Link building and strategic partnerships to increase domain authority.
- Technical SEO: Ensuring the website is technically sound to support good SEO practices (site speed, mobile-friendly, sitemap, etc.).
2. Social Media (Organic Posts)
- Content Planning: Creating editorial calendars for Instagram and
- Engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages.
- Content Creation: Designing graphics, creating short videos, and other media formats.
3. Content Marketing
- Blog: Writing and optimizing blog posts to attract organic traffic.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Reports: Preparing monthly performance reports and suggesting improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing SEO and social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
5. Community Management
- Forums and Groups: Participating in online forums and social media groups to promote the brand and interact with the community.
6. Other Skills
- Influencer Marketing: Identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers.
- Project Management: Coordinating tasks and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Local Marketing: Strategies to attract local customers, including listings in local directories and Google My Business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
4 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and project management software.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
