Job Title: Senior Cold Calling Manager (Remote/Overseas)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Cold Calling Manager to remotely lead our international outbound calling team for our US-based real estate land flipping company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience and a proven track record of managing and optimizing offshore cold calling operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Remote Team Management and Hiring:

Oversee and manage an offshore team of cold callers
Recruit, interview, and hire new cold callers to maintain and expand the team
Develop and implement online training programs for new hires and existing staff


Cold Calling:
Candidate will be expected to cold call 5-7 hours per day. These leads will be high quality and candidate will need to be a pro on the phone. Acquisition manager experience is preferred.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Set and monitor individual and team KPIs across different time zones
Conduct regular virtual performance reviews and provide constructive feedback


Script Development and Optimization:

Create, refine, and update cold calling scripts to maximize conversion rates
Collaborate virtually with the US-based sales team to ensure scripts align with overall business objectives
Implement A/B testing to identify the most effective scripting approaches


Call Quality Assurance:

Regularly review recorded calls to ensure adherence to scripts and company standards
Provide individualized coaching based on call reviews through online platforms
Implement best practices for call quality improvement across the remote team


Active Participation in Calling:

Engage in cold calling activities to lead by example and maintain a deep understanding of the role
Demonstrate best practices through virtual training sessions
Handle high-priority or challenging calls as needed


Reporting and Analytics:

Generate and analyze reports on team performance, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics
Present findings and recommendations to US-based management through video conferences
Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and decision-making



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in a cold calling management role, preferably in an offshore BPO environment
Proven track record of improving remote team performance and conversion rates
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams
Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms
In-depth understanding of US real estate industry trends and sales techniques (preferred)
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones

Quiet home office space for calls and virtual meetings
Up-to-date computer with necessary software for remote work and call monitoring
