Female Virtual Assistant to do Calls

We are Super Health Ensemble based in Australia.
We are helping patients get approved with their early release of superannuation funds for urgent medical treatment.

We are URGENTLY in need of a PART-TIME woman virtual assistant to:
- call super funds to follow up and get updates regarding the withdrawal (main task)
- do updated notes for each patient
- send updates to patients via email
- send payment reminders to patients
- send reminders for pending documents

We need someone who:
- have experience doing calls
- is serious about the job and will stay with us for a long time
- can work approximately 4 to 5 hrs in the morning (starts at 6:00 am PH time)
- speaks English fluently
- have a good laptop or desktop
- have a mobile phone to be used for the calls (we are using an app for the calls)
- reliable internet connection and back-up
- zero power interruptions and available back-up just in case
- willing to be trained for 1-2 weeks with half the rate payment (starting rate is 5 AUD per hour depending on experience and improvement during the training, so training rate will be 2.5AUD per hour). We make weekly payments.
- a good communicator
- can start ASAP
