JOB OVERVIEW

We have an umbrella brand which we are building multiple social media accounts for. These accounts are across various niches, like marketing, business, AI, philosophy, psychology, investing, health and more. Let's use the marketing account as an example:
Marketing account has its own account on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. So it has 4 accounts.
This is the case for each niche.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience. This role will curate content more than create content from scratch.
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Editor to join our team on an hourly basis. This role will involve curating, editing, and scheduling content for one or more of our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, a strong understanding of different social media platforms, and the ability to tailor content to various audiences.
This is an example of an account: "Top AI Tools" on LinkedIn with 598 followers ( ---------- ). This is not our account, but it resembles a similar format of content where you curate content, like news, and make it into branded content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Aggregate and curate content from various sources, including articles, videos, and user-generated content, relevant to the niche(s) you are assigned.
• Edit and refine content to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Schedule and post content across relevant social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest optimizations based on performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent content strategy across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content strategies to ensure our channels remain fresh and engaging.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in content creation, editing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail (C2 English).
• Familiarity with content management systems and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge or interest in one or more of the following niches: marketing, business, AI, philosophy, psychology, investing, health, or others relevant to our brand.
• Flexibility to work on an hourly basis with varying hours depending on project needs.
• Proven experience with creating carousels, graphic design and videos for social media.
BONUS, but not needed:
• If you have video editing skills, that would be incredible. But please do not mention this unless you're exceptional at it.
