Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with B23 Media’s mission to facilitate connections between real estate/tech businesses and accredited investors.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of services.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, ensuring projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to track operational success, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
