Motion and Graphic Designer

The Role:

As a Motion and Graphic Designer, you will be involved in all stages of the design process; from working with various team leaders, brainstorming ideas, and storyboard creation, to producing the final output. Assets you create will be used across Websites, Apps, Social media, EDMs and more.

Advanced knowledge of design programs such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of video formats and file formats.
The ability to work enthusiastically, respectfully, and collaboratively
Excellent problem-solving abilities who can quickly deliver high-quality work under extremely tight timelines
Strong attention to detail
Strong Web experience – eDM's, web banners, html5, WordPress
Knowledge in advertising processes
Strong 2D/3D animation skills
Experience in social media and online campaigns
High competency with video editing and animation

Required Skills:

3-5 years of motion design experience.
Extensive experience, in Motion and Graphic Design
The ability to produce mock-ups and storyboards to communicate design ideas and concepts
The ability to manage project timelines and effectively communicate regularly with key management team
Strong skills in 3d, Design, Animation, Typography
Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow Brand Guidelines precisely
Ability to create illustrations
Expert capability in Adobe After Effects
Relevant qualifications such as a Degree in Motion / Graphic Design or equivalent

Desired Skills:

Experience in creating engaging content for a Software Company
Broad knowledge of gamification
