What You’ll Do:

As the Financial Controller and head of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of Syndicate Blaque. Reporting directly to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:

- Strategic Planning: Lead financial planning efforts to support business growth.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company meets all financial regulatory requirements.

- Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis to inform decision-making.

- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the company’s budget.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable professional with a strong background in financial management. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience: 3-5 years as a Financial Controller.
Preferred Qualification: CPA certification (preferred but not required).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent calculation abilities and budget management expertise.
