Web Designer and Website Builder

Our web and graphic design company, serving small businesses across the United States, is seeking a talented and reliable Web Designer & Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web design, with the ability to build and maintain websites using both builders and custom HTML/CSS. This role also includes ongoing website management and maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build websites using platforms such as Squarespace or Wix.
Customize websites with HTML/CSS coding as needed.
Manage website updates, ensuring timely maintenance and accuracy.
Collaborate with clients via email or chat support, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for custom website coding.
Experience with website builders like Squarespace or Wix.
Strong creativity and innovation in both web and graphic design.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines, with a turnaround time of 24 hours or less.
Prior experience in customer service and client management is a plus.
