Job Title: Full-Time Content Quality Manager
Job Type: Full-time, approximately 6-8 hours per day
Salary: $6/hr.

About the Channels: Hi there! We are currently managing four YouTube channels and we are excited about expanding even further. We’re looking for a dedicated right-hand person. Your role will involve overseeing quality checks on scripts, videos, and handling other production processes. Our team is growing, currently at 35-40 members, with plans to expand to 50 soon. Our mission is to entertain, inspire, and educate viewers worldwide through content that blends nostalgia, discovery, and creativity.

Channel Overview:
Two channels focus on nostalgia, featuring content related to celebrities and iconic ---------- nts from the 1960s to the 1980s.
Two channels explore space, discovery, and other fascinating topics. (Channel names are available upon request.)

Job Description: As the Content Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our content. Initially, your duties will include reviewing scripts and assessing video quality. You'll work closely with me and the team to refine our content, ensuring it meets our high standards. While I already have an assistant managing channel uploads, your role may expand over time to include additional tasks.

Responsibilities:
Proven experience in YouTube channel management or content management.
Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello.
Daily quality checking (including weekends)

Requirements:
Fast internet speed
A reliable computer capable of handling large file uploads and downloads
A processor that is at least an AMD/Intel i5 or higher
