I am looking for a part-time Social Media Advertising Manager to help optimize and manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for my luxury cabin rental business in Tennessee, USA. I currently have two luxury cabin listings and plan to expand significantly over the next two years. I’m seeking someone who has experience in managing successful paid social media campaigns, particularly within the travel, hospitality, or real estate sectors, specifically on Facebook.
We will start by focusing on creating, optimizing, and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. As you become comfortable with your responsibilities and demonstrate success in driving bookings and engagement, there will be opportunities to increase your hours and expand your role within the business.
We currently have targeting and re-targetting campaigns set up. You will be taking over and improving on what we have in place.

Responsibilities Include:

* Setting Up Ad Campaigns: Create and manage effective paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, tailored to drive traffic and bookings for our luxury cabins.

* Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segments based on detailed research and insights to maximize ad performance and reach potential guests in key markets.

*Ad Creative Development: Work with me to guide and collaborate with our content creators to develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) that resonate with our target audience and highlight the unique features of our cabins. If you’re able to develop creative yourself, this is a big plus- Experience with tools like Canva or CapCut is a plus.

*Budget Management: Optimize the ad budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns, regularly monitoring and adjusting bids to maximize ROI.

*Performance Tracking: Use Facebook Ads Manager and other ---------- tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

*A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to identify the most effective strategies.
Reporting and analysis: ability to understand and act on Facebook/Meta data about campaign strengths and weaknesses.
*Weekly Updates: Provide weekly updates on campaign performance, including key metrics like reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and overall ROI.

*Collaboration: Work closely with me to align social media advertising strategies with broader marketing goals and explore new opportunities to enhance brand awareness and drive bookings.

*Landing Pages: Experience with landing pages to aid in tracking and conversion a plus.


Important Requirements:

** Experience in Paid Social Media Advertising: Must have proven experience in setting up and managing successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or real estate sectors.

** Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

** Creativity and Attention to Detail: A creative mindset with the ability to design engaging ad creatives that stand out and attract our target audience.

** Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills, as clear and effective communication will be key to our collaboration. You must be able to clearly explain to me your approach and activities.
Availability: You must be available to manage and monitor campaigns during the day and provide timely updates as needed.
Trustworthiness and Reliability: I value long-term working relationships built on trust and reliability. If you are dependable and produce results, there is potential for a long-term role with increased responsibilities and hours.
