I am looking for a part-time Social Media Advertising Manager to help optimize and manage paid social campaigns on
We will start by focusing on creating, optimizing, and managing
We currently have targeting and re-targetting campaigns set up. You will be taking over and improving on what we have in place.
Responsibilities Include:
* Setting Up Ad Campaigns: Create and manage effective paid social media campaigns on
* Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segments based on detailed research and insights to maximize ad performance and reach potential guests in key markets.
*Ad Creative Development: Work with me to guide and collaborate with our content creators to develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) that resonate with our target audience and highlight the unique features of our cabins. If you’re able to develop creative yourself, this is a big plus- Experience with tools like Canva or CapCut is a plus.
*Budget Management: Optimize the ad budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns, regularly monitoring and adjusting bids to maximize ROI.
*Performance Tracking: Use
*A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to identify the most effective strategies.
Reporting and analysis: ability to understand and act on
*Weekly Updates: Provide weekly updates on campaign performance, including key metrics like reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and overall ROI.
*Collaboration: Work closely with me to align social media advertising strategies with broader marketing goals and explore new opportunities to enhance brand awareness and drive bookings.
*Landing Pages: Experience with landing pages to aid in tracking and conversion a plus.
Important Requirements:
** Experience in Paid Social Media Advertising: Must have proven experience in setting up and managing successful
** Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
** Creativity and Attention to Detail: A creative mindset with the ability to design engaging ad creatives that stand out and attract our target audience.
** Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills, as clear and effective communication will be key to our collaboration. You must be able to clearly explain to me your approach and activities.
Availability: You must be available to manage and monitor campaigns during the day and provide timely updates as needed.
