Web Developer for GitHub + Discord App

We are looking for a talented Web Developer to update and improve our current web app, "Phonetic Markup Tool", located at ---------- and integrate it with our ---------- server. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing its functionality and ensuring a seamless ---------- integration.

This is a gig/project that will have a start/finish date with milestone deadlines, but you are able to work whatever hours you'd like (for example, there is no specific shift we expect you to be available, except for meetings). Therefore, the estimates below about salary and hours are an estimate

**Responsibilities:**

- Understand and evaluate the current codebase.
- Add new functionalities on existing webapp.
- Develop a ---------- bot that syncs with
- Update the website design to ensure a modern, responsive, and user-friendly interface.
- Optimize web app performance and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.
- Implement new features and functionalities as needed.
- Improve the overall user experience by refining the user interface and user interactions.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure a high-quality final product.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks (React).
- Django (Python)
- Familiarity with ---------- bots.
- Experience with web design principles and responsive design techniques.
- Familiarity with web app performance optimization and debugging tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

- the timestamps in the YouTube video will suffice for now
- anytime in the future:
- add the link session with the recording, so all hot seats for that day have the same link.
- links are always unlisted, so anyone with the link can see the video.

**Fix small bugs**:

- Colors lay on top of everything else but they shouldn't
- Text box or comments to add

- the paragraphs and breaks are kept when pasting text from the clipboard.
