Outreach Virtual Assistant

Now Hiring: Full-Time Virtual Assistant (40–50 hours/week)
Base Pay: $400/month USD
Bonuses + Promotions Available
Location: 100% Remote

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant to join our fast-growing team. Your role will focus on messaging potential clients through social media and helping us book them into sales calls using proven scripts, tools, and systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Starting conversations with qualified leads via social platforms
• Following clear scripts and SOPs to book appointments
• Using proprietary tools and tracking performance daily
• Working closely with a high-performance, results-driven team

Compensation & Growth:
• $2/hour base rate (40–50 hours/week)
• Increase to $3–5/hour based on consistency and output
• Weekly bonuses ($30–$50) for top performers
• Long-term roles available (Setters, Closers, Managers – $1K–$5K/month+)

Requirements:
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Fully available Monday to Saturday (40–50 hrs/week)
• Laptop with minimum 16GB RAM
• Internet speed of at least 50mbps download
• A mindset focused on self-improvement and long-term growth
