Job Title: Personal Injury Customer Service Representative with Medical Billing Experience (Permanent Work from Home)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Customer Service Representative with experience in medical billing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to personal injury clients, managing billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of medical claims. This role requires a strong understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients.
Address client inquiries regarding case status, medical bills, and insurance claims.
Provide clear and accurate information on the personal injury process.
Medical Billing:

Process and manage medical billing for personal injury cases.
Review and verify the accuracy of billing codes and charges.
Work with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and secure payments.
Insurance Claims Management:

Communicate with insurance representatives to confirm patient coverage and track payment status.
Investigate and resolve denied claims and discrepancies.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and billing activities.
Prepare reports on billing status, outstanding claims, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the personal injury or legal field.
Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance claim processing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
Education:

A bachelor's degree is required; medical course graduates are preferred. additional certification in medical billing or related fields is a plus.
