JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary: The List Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of lead data for the sales team. This role involves reviewing, cleaning, and updating lead information, ensuring high-quality leads and contributing to the overall success of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Phone Verification: Call contacts listed in the database to confirm current information, including company address, decision maker, job title, email and other details as specified by management.
• Research & Verification: Conduct online research using company websites, social media platforms and other online resources to verify and gather additional details. Cross-check and validate the data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting: Maintain and provide regular reports on the status of data cleaning activities, including the number of contacts verified and updated.
• Data Maintenance: Ensure data quality standards are met and maintained. Standardize data to ensure consistency across the database.
• Collaboration: Participate in weekly and daily meetings as required to report your progress.
• Tools and Software: To use Microsoft Excel (the call list), Microsoft Teams, Dialer and other tech correctly.

• Trustworthy: You have a high level of integrity.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in English, both written and oral. (Must have a rating of C1 or C2 in English.)
• Proven experience in data management, list cleaning, or a related role.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and meeting sales quotas.
• Understands sales processes and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency with Excel and data management tools.
