Real Estate Inside Sales Assistant

Only apply if you have experience doing cold calls in real estate. Looking to hire a part time Inside sales assistant to call existing Seller Real estate leads within our CHIME (Lofty) CRM. The roll will require a significant amount of outbound calls, emails and text messages to prospects. Our goal is to ask them if they are possibly looking to sell their home within the next 3 months to 3 years. Staying organized is key, and there will be incentives for sales! You must possess a strong proficiency of the English language, and have the ability to ask questions and understand the American style of communication. We will provide you a script and training periodically. Reporting is important as everything within our CRM should be updated and the calls are recorded for training purposes. There are opportunities for growth within this role as we are a nimble company looking for talent long term!
