Cold Caller / Lead Gen Specialist

Wentwood Capital is a real estate lending firm based in Miami. We provide tailored financial solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist.

Role Overview: In this role, you will have a pivotal responsibility in generating leads and identifying potential lending opportunities within the real estate market. Exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong dedication to your work are essential for this position. Your primary task will involve initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, offering valuable insights regarding our lending services, and scheduling appointments to generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted lists of potential real estate clients.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their real estate needs and evaluate potential opportunities.
• Educate prospects about our company's real estate services, offerings, and value propositions.
• Build and maintain a database of potential leads, keeping accurate records of all interactions.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships, address any inquiries, and provide additional information as needed.
• Stay updated on market trends, real estate regulations, and industry developments to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology, market trends, and basic knowledge of property types.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed.
