We are FunStay Homes, a growing property management team who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Blogger/Writer with SEO and VA Expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a knack for creating engaging content, and the ability to capture the voice of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging blog posts, articles, and other written content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience interests, and competitive landscape to inform content creation.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and performance.
Social Media: Create compelling content for social media platforms and assist in developing strategies to increase engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with SEO tools and practices (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Ability to write in different styles and tones to match various audiences.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Manage all aspects of short-term rental properties, including guest communication, reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and maintenance requests.

We are looking for a full time position (30-40 ours per week) and long-term career growth. Bonuses and incentives will be offered. Weekends are Required. Specific hours will be discussed. $5/HOUR. Salary increase to be considered over time.
