About the Opportunity
We are launching a new division dedicated to clinical excellence and patient experience. We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented RNs or LVNs who are passionate about patient care, safety, and performance improvement. This role will play a critical part in patient communication and quality assurance initiatives at ambulatory surgery centers.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist clinical quality programs, administrative reviews, or compliance projects as assigned.
Conduct preoperative phone assessments to ensure patient readiness and optimize surgical outcomes.
Complete postoperative follow-up calls to assess recovery, identify complications, and provide ongoing support.
Administer patient satisfaction surveys and assist with data collection for ongoing quality improvement.
Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, helping to track, trend, and improve patient outcomes.
Support the Clinical Manager in Compliance tasks.

Licensed RN or LVN (active and unrestricted).
Previous experience in pre-op, PACU, quality, or infection control is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with patients remotely.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
Comfortable working independently in a remote role.
