We are seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing both long-form and short-form video content, with a keen eye for detail, storytelling, and pacing. This role requires someone who can seamlessly transition between editing in-depth, narrative-driven content and creating engaging, fast-paced short videos suitable for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
? Edit Long-form Content: Work on documentaries, webinars, interviews, and other extended video formats, ensuring high-quality storytelling, pacing, and consistency.

? Edit Short-form Content: Create dynamic and engaging short videos for social media, including but not limited to Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.

? Content Adaptation: Adapt long-form content into short, engaging snippets suitable for various platforms, maintaining the core message and branding.

? Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with the director and other content creators to understand project goals, storylines, and target audiences.

? Audio and Visual Effects: Incorporate sound design, music, and visual effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.

? Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure content remains fresh and innovative.

? Quality Control: Review and proof final edits before delivery to ensure content is polished, error-free, and meets brand guidelines.
