Executive Assistant Needed

We edit fast-paced edits that convert and get results from Podcast Ads to UGC Ads.

We are hunting for an executive assistant to join our team of 14+.

The new executive assistant will play an important role in keeping everything organized for us at MtrxMedia.

This person will be responsible for:

- Managing our notion database
- Keeping on top of tea ---------- mbers
- Data entry onto Google Sheets
- Downloading files
- Sending out contracts
- Communicating with the team

And ideally they have these skills + experiences:

- Previous agency experience
- Minimum 2 years experience being a virtual assistant
- Strong proactivity - if you need hand-holding, please don't apply for this job
- Third door thinking - we're looking for someone who is a natural problem solver
- High attention to detail
- Open-minded and willing to learn.
- Comfortable communicating with both tea ---------- mbers and clients. (E.g if you're scared of joining calls don't apply)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
