Podcast Video Editor for Online Business Coach

We are seeking a skilled Podcast Editor who can transform our podcast episodes into high-quality audio and captivating video content for YouTube and social media. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in amplifying our brand and reaching a wider audience.

Responsibilities:
- Edit podcast audio to ensure clarity, consistency, and professional sound quality.
- Create engaging video content from podcast recordings for YouTube, including adding visuals, graphics, and relevant effects.
- Produce short, attention-grabbing podcast clips for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
- Prepare SEO-optimised show notes for episode and website.
- Podcast distribution and scheduling.
- Collaborate with our team to prepare weekly emails when new episodes are released.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in podcast editing and video content creation.
- Strong understanding of audio editing software (we use Riverside).
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Reliable, honest, and strong ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
