As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can help drive our success by managing various tasks, including cold calling, CRM management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential leads to introduce our services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management systems, ensuring accurate and organized data.
CMA Preparation: Assist in creating Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) to help evaluate property values.
Offer Assistance: Support in drafting, organizing, and sending offers to clients.
Appointment Setting
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to assist in daily operations.
Video Editing (Optional but Preferred): Edit promotional and informational videos to enhance our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Proficiency in using CRM software. (Specificlly, Close CRM)
Familiarity with real estate practices, especially CMA preparation and offer management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in video editing is a plus.
