Ecommerce Marketplace VA

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. This role will focus on managing and supporting our ecommerce marketplace accounts, including Walmart, Kohls, Ebay, Temu, Amazon, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

The position will start part time around 20 hours per week and grow to more hours as the individual gains trust and shows their skills.

Responsibilities:
-Assist in managing and optimizing product listings across multiple ecommerce marketplaces.
-Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various platforms.
-Help with the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns.
-Track and report on sales performance metrics.
-Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:
-Experience with ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
-Proficiency in English is required.
-Must be able to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Compensation:
Hourly rate: $5.00 per hour.
