Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Book Formatter and Designer to join our team. This role involves working on both print and digital formats, ensuring that each book meets the highest standards of design and readability.

Key Responsibilities:

• InDesign Layout Design: Develop and refine professional book layouts using Adobe InDesign
• eBook Formatting: Format eBooks using tools such as Sigil or similar editors, with a focus on creating polished and accessible digital books.
• HTML and CSS Expertise: Knowledge of HTML and CSS to fine-tune eBook formatting and make necessary adjustments for compatibility across various eReaders.

Requirements:

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle unique challenges that arise with each project, including selecting the appropriate tools and methods for the job.
• Advanced English Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as a book formatter and designer, with specific examples of your work in both print and digital formats.
