We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Project Manager with Proofreading and QA Background to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
**Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
**Oversee the implementation of QA processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
**Establish and maintain QA best practices, ensuring consistency across all projects.
**Review and edit project documents, reports, and deliverables for grammar, punctuation, consistency, and tone.
**Address any content or quality-related issues promptly, ensuring that project timelines are not compromised.
**Gather client feedback on project outcomes and incorporate it into future project planning.
**Implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and improve the quality of deliverables.
**Maintain detailed project documentation, including QA reports, proofreading checklists, and project logs.
**Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
**Attention to detail: Ensuring design alignment, correcting typos, proper spacing, and neat document formatting to make it as easy as possible for the client to operate when she dives into documents.
**High organizational skills.
**Adept at Canva, Google Docs, Monday and confident with making designs/layouts on PowerPoint.
**Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with internal tea ---------- mbers
**A positive attitude, a hardworking spirit, and the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
