JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is a leading provider of dropshipping and e-commerce fulfillment from China, dedicated to helping our clients succeed in the competitive world of online retail. We operate 2 warehouses in China, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and high-quality products. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dropshipping Agent / Shopify Store Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the stores of our clients who are dropshippers and e-commerce sellers. Your main tasks will include ensuring all orders are processed and shipped from our China warehouse, handling refunds, creating daily invoices, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients who are dropshippers and e-commerce sellers.
Handle customer refunds and returns efficiently.
Create and send daily invoices to clients.
Provide outstanding customer service to our clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues quickly.
Maintain detailed notes and records to ensure smooth operations and excellent client relations.
Work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.

Requirements:
Be available to work 11 am-8 pm Monday-Friday, and 11 am-4 pm on Saturday. Timezone PH
Proven experience as a dropshipping agent, store manager, or in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional memory and note-taking skills to ensure seamless operations.
Proficiency in using Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
