Digital Marketing Associate

- 7AM to 4PM, Philippine Time

ABOUT THE JOB:
This role involves managing ad campaigns, creating content, and analyzing website performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and website design/development, with specific expertise in Meta/Facebook advertising and WordPress.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Management
• Develop, implement, and optimize Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns for ---------- + stores.
• Monitor and optimize ad campaigns using A/B Testing.
• Create monthly reports summarizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for franchisees.

Content Creation
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Complete website updates for our 65+ WordPress websites, including adding/removing content and creating blog posts.

Website Management
• Maintain and update the company’s WordPress site, ensuring functionality and user experience.

Performance Analysis
• Track and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights.

Franchisee Support
• Liaise with franchisees, supporting them with any website or paid ad enquiries.
• Assist franchisees with Facebook and Instagram account ---------- .

Marketing Campaign Development
• Work with the Marketing Team to develop local and national marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of proven experience with Meta (Running Facebook Ads through Business Suite).
• At least 3+ years of proven experience with WordPress.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid work arrangement allowing for both in-office and remote work.
