Facebook Ad campaign Expert

I have an e-commerce store online. As I know my business in and out I am not an expert in scaling products through Facebook Ads. I have run a few ads and have gotten great feedback and conversion ratings but for some reason no sales. I am searching for the most excellent expert in Facebook ads and campaigning.
