SALARY
Starts at $10 per hour. If we determine that your performance meets our expectations after the first month, then we can potentially discuss a new rate and number of hours.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Oversee the planning, time estimation, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time
2. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
3. Manage a team of 5-10 people
a. Regularly meet with tea ---------- mbers
b. Grow tea ---------- mbers through Goal Setting, Mentoring
4. Ensure Sales Goals are Met
a. Number and Quality of Leads
b. Number of Booked Sales Meetings
5. Project Management of Client Accounts
a. Watch Recorded Client Meetings
b. Assign tasks to tea ---------- mbers
c. Prioritize tasks to tea ---------- mbers
d. Ensure tasks are completed on due date
6. Google Ads Manager
a. Lead a team of Google Ads Specialist
b. Define Performance KPIs for Client
c. Manage Client KPI Scorecard
d. Ensure Client Satisfaction
e. Quality Control of Client Reports
f. Manage troubleshooting issues
g. Manage weekly and monthly checklist

REQUIREMENTS
- Technical and Team Management Experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills - highly detailed, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects
