Responsibilities:
1) Progress Calls & Meeting Prep: Check-In, Hold Accountable, & Develop (2-4 Hours/Day)
2) Team/Client Support: Reporting, Answering & Fulfilling Requests (Less Than 2 Hours/Day)
3) Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Following: Commission-Only Sales Recruiting, Mortgage Protection & Insurance Marketing/Sales, Outbound Marketing, & Meta Advertising (Less Than 10 Hours/wk or 2 Hours/Day)
