Led by Houston Garrett, our team specializes in helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized service, sourcing off-market deals for investors, and assisting in the rehab and listing process.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who is proficient in Canva, has strong copywriting skills, and is capable of managing a variety of marketing tasks, including email campaigns, video editing, and social media management. Experience in real estate marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


Email
Marketing: Write and send weekly emails to our segmented audience. Craft compelling copy that resonates with different client segments.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva. Design flyers, postcards, and other print materials for mail campaigns.
Video Editing: Edit short-form videos for social media and promotional purposes. Ensure videos are engaging and aligned with our brand.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media posts, including content for new listings, coming soon, and sold properties.
Copywriting: Develop persuasive and effective copy for emails, print materials, and online campaigns.
Audience Segmentation: Divide our audience into segments and craft tailored messages for each group.
Familiarity with Industry Tools: Be familiar with Alex Hormozi’s "$100M Offers" and "$100M Leads" books, and have experience with ClickFunnels and the ClickFunnels book series.
Print and Digital Design: Ensure all marketing materials, both print and digital, are graphically appealing and professionally designed.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing materials.
Strong copywriting skills with experience in email marketing.
Experience in short-form video editing.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Knowledge of Alex Hormozi’s marketing strategies and ClickFunnels.
Ability to segment audiences and craft targeted messages.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
