JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Director to oversee and optimize our daily operations. This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of dozens of staff members, ensuring that all operational aspects align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in operations management, and flawless English communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operations managers and staff, ensuring that they perform at their best and grow within the company.
Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the company, including process optimization, quality assurance, and performance tracking.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure the tea ---------- ets or exceeds targets.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all tea ---------- mbers, ensuring that information flows smoothly across departments.
Problem-Solving: Quickly identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to maintain productivity and quality.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance to the executive team.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Skills:
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading large teams.
Perfect command of English, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems, and other operational software.
