Iphone App Developer for searchable database of items

Develop an app that is a searchable directory.

I will provide a list of characteristics such as name, color, size for items in a directory.

The directory will be searchable based on these items.

Each item will also have photos, videos and a link for more information.

The app has to be able to be updated easily. We can easily more items to the directory as time goes on.
