Job Description:
-We are seeking a Cinematic Video Editor who excels in transforming raw footage into engaging visual stories that align with our client’s goals. This role requires a deep understanding of cinematic editing, particularly in the corporate sector, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. This job primarily will consist of you editing to a provided cinematic music tract to tell a visual story that our team has personally filmed from 15 locations throughout a city. Fluency in English:
-Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
-Clear and effective communication is critical to our company’s success. Misunderstandings due to language barriers can lead to significant issues in project execution. As such, it is essential that candidates can fully understand instructions, ask questions, and communicate ideas in English without difficulty.

Full-Time Commitment:
-This is a full-time position, and candidates are expected to commit exclusively to our company. We require that you do not have any other jobs or engagements that could interfere with your work for us. We believe that focus and dedication are key to maintaining the high standards we uphold in our projects.

Working Hours:
-We work primarily in the U.S. time zone, and while we appreciate flexibility, we require a few hours of overlap with our working hours to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:
-Edit 2 to 3-minute cinematic videos, focusing on visual storytelling that resonates with our target audience.
-Create shorter versions: Produce 90-second, 30-second, and 15-second social media pieces based on the main videos, while maintaining cinematic quality.
-PROXIES: MUST be an expert at using proxies to ensure seamless transitions between you and our internal team in the US that will be connecting and using full-resolution footage.
-Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro exclusively for all editing tasks. Proficiency in this software is non-negotiable.
-Our videos are created in HD or 4K for use on clients’ websites and LinkedIn. We are NOT interested in hiring anyone whose specialty is creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or anything similar to that style of editing.

Test Project:
As part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid test project. This will involve editing a 2 to 3-minute cinematic video with the provided footage. The test will be compensated as follows:

Payment after completing the test to Satisfaction: $100 USD
