Pulling Lists for land data from websites such as Landvision, Landinsights, Data Zapp, Propstream
Scrubbing Data - make sure data is correct
Skip Trace Data
Analyze data from the company - what is working and what is not

Scrubbing Data
Understand how to make comps for lots of land to make offers to Sellers,

Very important to be able to work swift and able to make decisions on your end.

Qualifications:
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Data Experience REQUIRED
Smarter Contacts or REI REPLY or Launch Control experience preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently
