We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in property management and online bookings for various luxury accommodations in Paris. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual French-English Customer Service and Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Bilingual French-English Customer Service and Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1-Customer Service:

-Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding online bookings, property details, and general questions in both French and English.
-Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
-Handle any booking issues or disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
-Assist customers with the booking process, from initial inquiry to final confirmation.

2-Marketing and Advertising:

-Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote various properties in Paris.
-Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
-Write compelling copy and content for marketing materials in both French and English.
-Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to maximize effectiveness.
-Website Development and Management:

3-Design and develop a user-friendly website to showcase all available properties.

-Regularly update the website with new listings, promotions, and relevant content.
-Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and provides an excellent user experience.
-Collaborate with web developers and designers as needed to enhance the website's functionality and aesthetics.

4-General Administrative Tasks:

-Maintain organized records of customer interactions, bookings, and marketing efforts.
-Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure seamless operations across all areas of the business.
-Participate in tea ---------- etings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

5-Qualifications:

-Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English is required, both written and spoken.
-Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or property management industry.
-Marketing Experience: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO.
-Technical Skills: Experience with website development, content management systems (CMS), and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in both languages.
-Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
-Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
